How you can help:

1. Host artists/altars  to display at your venue from Oct 31 - Nov 6.
   
2. Provide a prize for altar contest winners. Please consider gift certificates for your goods or services as well as specific items from your business.
   
3. Donate items we can use for the fundraising raffle to be held starting approx. July 29 to November 6.  Drawing to be during festival at park.
4. Provide in kind donations of items to be used for planning and holding of the events. Please consider decor and display items, arts & craft supplies and other workshop materials, and services such as printing, photocopying, etc.

 
In return:
●We can provide a receipt for your tax deductible donation.
●We will identify and recognize your support and advertise your business with our promotional and marketing efforts including,

1. Main Street Ofrenda walk map
2. Visible name recognition for your support and donations.
3. Social media, flyers, radio & newspaper ads, etc.

 
All work on this event is by volunteers. Our planning team is comprised of several residents of local communities including: Bishop, Big Pine, Independence, Lone Pine, Olancha and Darwin. Others are welcome.
 
Our aim is to promote, encourage and facilitate cultural enrichment and education while adding value through increased awareness and opportunity for our businesses and communities.
